About the New Mexico Waiver Training Hub

The New Mexico Waiver Training Hub is an on-line system that allows agencies to maintain an accurate record of personnel as well as track agency training compliance. For trainers, the The New Mexico Waiver Training Hub is available to enter and update training rosters. These functions in the past have all been done using paper copies of numerous forms and rosters. Agencies and trainers submit information electronically and do not need to send paper copies of any forms to the The New Mexico Waiver Training Hub. Please note that for audit purposes agencies are required to maintain original rosters on file at their agency.

What Can the Agency Administrators Do?

• Access agency information
• Add and edit existing personnel profiles, including terminating employees
• Print personnel transcripts and trainer reports
• Print agency compliance reports

Role of the Trainer:

• Enter and update course rosters

Because agency administrators and trainers have access to different functions within the system, an individual who is both a Trainer and an Agency Administrator will need two user names, one for each role.

Minimum Technical Requirements

Adobe Acrobat Reader: Reports and transcripts generated by the system are exported as .pdf files and require Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is a free program that can be downloaded from the Acrobat web site (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html). Note that with reader, you can print and save the completed files, but cannot edit them. For this you’ll need the full version of Adobe Acrobat.
