ANE Awareness for Mi Via Participants
This course is for Mi Via participants. If you are any other Mi Via position such as a Mi Via EOR or Mi Via DSP, or are working under any other waiver, please visit the ANE Awareness course instead.
Consultants should open, download or print the ANE brochure below, and review it with each participant. Optionally, they may also choose to have the participant view the short online course, ANE Awareness for Advocates”. We suggest that participants should view this course with someone – the consultant, guardian or family member.
When they have done so, the consultant should click on the ‘Certify’ link below.
Enter the participant’s unique DDSD ID (not the consultants) and certify the consultant has reviewed ANE with the participant.
Finally, click on the “Submit” button.
