Conference Registration

There are two ways to register.

1. REGISTER ON-LINE -   Use this link to visit our on-line registration page.
2. REGISTER BY MAIL OR FAX

Download and complete either the Word or Adobe versions of the registration form below and fax it to the conference coordinator, Daisy Rosero, at (505) 272-9594.

Cancellation Policy

Conference fees (minus a $25 administrative fee) are refundable if the request is received in writing (letter, fax, email) on or before September 15, 2010. After that date, no refunds will be given. Refund checks will be mailed after the conference.
