The conference hotel is the Doubletree Hotel, 201 Marquette Ave. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102. The hotel is connected by an indoor walkway to the Albuquerque Convention Center, the site of the conference.
The Doubletree has arranged special conference rates of $95 single or double occupancy between September 27th and October 5th (three days before and three days after the conference). Because hotel space during the International Balloon Fiesta is at a premium, conference participants staying over the weekend for the Fiesta should make their reservations well before the deadline.
Conference participants must make their own reservations with the hotel by calling (505) 247-3344. Identify yourself as making a reservation for the “Southwest Disability Conference” to receive the conference rate. Reservation deadline for conference rates is September 1st, 2009. Please let the reservation agent know if you would like an accessible room at the time you make the reservation.
