While technology can be a powerful tool that increases access to the physical, cultural, social, information and political worlds, access to that technology is often denied to people with disabilities due to economic, political or social factors. We seek proposals that highlight new accessible, affordable technological tools and programs and services that increase access for people with disabilities in these areas, as well as proposals that focus on successful strategies to removing barriers to accessing technology for people with disabilities.
