Improved recovery and resiliency for people with behavioral health needs, including people with intellectual disabilities and/or people who are deaf, hard of hearing or deaf-blind, can be enhanced by holistic behavioral health services. We seek proposals that focus on innovative models of assessment and treatment of individuals with complex needs; evidence-based strategies and promising practices that build comprehensive systems of care; cultural and language competence in behavioral health services; and strategies that promote consumer and family recovery, resiliency and advocacy.
