Accomplishments
- Developed technical assistance documents for Mi Via implementation, based on experiences with Self-Directed Family Support
- Developed a self directed support plan and budget process for persons and their families in New Mexico
- Developed over 1,000 individual and family support plans and budgets to date
- Collected bi-annual feedback from participants of program. Reports available upon request
