The Family and Community Partnerships Division at the Center for Development and Disability consists of several programs and projects funded by a variety of different state and federal agencies. All of the Division’s programs are committed to the mission of the Center for Development and Disabilities CDD (link to the CDD) and to providing services and supports to individuals with disabilities and their families throughout New Mexico.
