Jennifer Brown has joined the Early Childhood Network (ECN) as a Training and Development Consultant. She holds a Master's in Early Childhood Special Education. Having conducted a variety of trainings in the community, Jennifer will continue providing trainings for ECN, where she will emphasize strong relationships with families, and increase their awareness of the New Mexico special education system.
