About The Early Childhood Evaluation Program
Supporting Best Practice in Birth to Three Developmental EvaluationS

The Early Childhood Evaluation Program (ECEP) works collaboratively with families
and providers throughout the state to help enhance New Mexico's capacity to
provide evaluation services for infants and young children.
The Early Childhood Evaluation Program is primarily funded by New Mexico's
lead agency for IDEA Part C, the Department of Health, Family Infant Toddler
(FIT) Program to provide the best evaluation services through direct services, training,
consultation and research.
