Minimum technical requirements
- Internet Access (dial-up or high speed): if you are using the system with a telephone dial-up connection be aware that the system will be very slow. A high speed connection (DSL, cable modem, etc.) is highly recommended.
- Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater (web browser): No other browsers are supported. Internet Explorer can be downloaded from the Microsoft web site.
- Adobe Acrobat Reader: Reports and transcripts generated by the system are exported as .pdf files and require Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is a free program that can be downloaded from the Acrobat web site (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html). Note that with reader, you can print and save the completed files, but cannot edit them. For this you’ll need the full version of Adobe Acrobat.
How to check your Internet Explorer version:
Open Internet Explorer and select the help menu. Then choose About Internet Explorer.
A new window will pop up with the version number.
What to do if you don’t have Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater:
