christina baca, ddsd statewide training database coordinator
Christina Baca is the DDSD Statewide Database Coordinator at the Center for Development and Disability. In this role, Christina manages a vast database under the Development and Disability Waiver. She also provides assistance in numerous aspects of the field including training, counseling and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities. Christina is also a member in the New Mexico Trainer’s Association and the Family Living Provider Association. In addition to working as a Database Coordinator, Christina prides herself as a full-time student at the University of New Mexico. College allows her to develop her future career as a Behavior Support Consultant, and her hobby as a professional writer. Christina is a detail-minded and self-motivated individual who seeks to combine her strong interpersonal and communication skills with experiences in human resources, training, and references to personable environments to help and support individuals in need.
