Instructions for Navigation Shortcuts

	To use the keyboard shortcuts for easy navigation,
	please follow these instructions:

		For PC users Using Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator;
			Press ALT + J to go to the Home Page
			Press ALT + I to go to the Previous Page
			Press ALT + L to go to the Next Page
			(added note for Internet Explorer: You may need to press
			the return button after pressing the desired keys)

		For Users of the Opera Browser
			Please follow the Navigation Bar Shortcuts
			set up by your browser Shift+X and Shift+Z

		For Mac users Using Internet Explorer;
			Press CTRL + J to go to the Home Page
			Press CTRL + I to go to the Previous Page
			Press CTRL + L to go to the Next Page
