Students have already started, each at his/her
own pace, reaching for their dreams. |
They’ve planted gardens, written poetry, created
a rap song, gotten jobs, gone to the “Live with Kelly and Regis Show”, gotten much needed community supports,
traveled… |
they’ve just begun! |
Thanks to the students, families, school, and
community members who have helped make this model a reality. |
In 2001-2002, 6 SFPS students completed Quality
of Life Enhancement Interviews and |
5 completed PATHs which were integrated into
Transition Planning. |
