Mary is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who relocated to Deming, New Mexico in 1997. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Her work history includes federal law enforcement, insurance and restaurant management. But by far, the most important job she has held has been being the mother of two beautiful children. Both children were diagnosed with Autism in the spring of 2006. She says the journey and the personal growth have been and continue to be amazing.

Mary started the Deming Autism Support Group in the fall of 2007 and continues to work to educate and empower families affected by ASD.
