As the Information Technology Consultant, Rose is responsible for the design, development and implementation of the project's website. She has worked in the field of special education with every level of disability and age group in myriad professional environments including: psychiatric hospitals, private and public schools, residential treatment centers, correctional facilities, hospitals, and universities. Her Information Technology efforts center on the development and evaluation of virtual environments for the medical and disability community. Her professional focus is to bridge the medical community with emerging technology tools by helping professionals and families assimilate emerging technologies within their personal learning theories, pedagogy and purpose.
