Mi Via is a state Medicaid Waiver program that helps persons of all ages with disabilities to self- direct their services using available funding.

The UNM CDD Mi Via Consultants provide program information and orientation; assist participants with the eligibility process, planning and implementation with Service and Support Plans and Budgets; and submit SSP and Budget paperwork to the Third Part Assessor for individuals receiving Mi Via Waiver ( non traditional DD Waiver and Medically Fragile Waiver Services) statewide.

The classes will be held at the DDPC Office at:

625 Silver Avenue SW, Suite 100
Albuquerque, NM 87102

To reserve a spot for the Summer Fun Series, call Justin Moore at 505-841-4519 and mention the Summer Fun Series.

Applications for the Advocate Leadership Academy

This program provides hands-on leadership training and is ideal for New Mexicans interested in advocating, leading, or improving disability systems.
