To keep you updated with activities taking place through
the CSPD efforts on the Navajo Nation, I am sending you a “Friday Fax”
with information about current and upcoming professional development activities.
Current Events
This past week, training and technical assistance was provided
as follows:
- The project is currently planning for some summer regional professional
development activities. We hope to have more detailed information in the
near future as the details become more final.
- Follow-up on-site school visits to each school identified in corrective
action will be scheduled during the next one and one-half months. A schedule
of the follow-up on-site visits will be forthcoming in the near future.
- Schools may still contact us at any time regarding professional development
training plans and/or activities for the current school year. Let us know
how we might help in facilitating a plan of work for your agency or school
or for providing training above and beyond what we have currently set out
to do in the present scope of work.
Upcoming Events
April 14, 2006.
- Written comment or recommendations regarding the proposed Part B Funding
Formula are due today to the Division of Compliance, Monitoring & Accountability
(DCMA), attention: Lynann Barbero.
- University CSPD contract quarter report due to DCMA.
